CloseJesus was despised, rejected and put to death for His unwavering commitment to the truth. The Gospel was and will always be countercultural. In a world that openly loves and celebrates every form of sin we must remember that Jesus told His true followers to expect persecution. As hatred towards Christians grow from politicians, the LGBTQ community and others who reject God's truth, and violence becomes more commonplace, how should Christians respond? Let's examine Jesus' example this Palm Sunday!
